Today’s recipe is quite possibly one of the easiest yet most elegant pork preparations. It’s great for any occasion or none at all. It’s a restaurant-quality roast pork loin that is sure to impress. Two ingredients, four steps, done.

Easy delicious pork tenderloin recipe

Ingredients:

Pork Loin

Mile High Spice Company Pork Rub

Step 1. Coat the pork loin with Mile High Spice Company Pork Rub

Step 2. Place the pork loin in the oven, pre-heated to 500 degrees for 10 minutes

Step 3. Flip the pork loin and and roast at 500 degrees for another 5 minutes.

Step 4. Reduce the oven temperature to 325 and cook for until the internal temperature reaches 150 degrees, approximately 40 minutes depending on the size of the pork loin.

Slice and serve with your favorite sides. Enjoy!

Simple roasted potatoes:

Ingredients:

New Potatoes

Mile High Spice Company MiHiTri Trimix

Step 1. Dice potatoes

Step 2. In a bowl, coat the diced potatoes with olive oil and a 1/2 tablespoon of MiHiTri Trimix. Mix well.

Step 3. Place in an air fryer at 400 for 15 minutes or in the oven at 325 for 30 minutes.

Simple Moroccan Asparagus

Ingredients

Whole Asparagus Stems

Mile High Spice Company Moroccan Rub

Step 1. Remove stem from asparagus.

Step 2. In a bowl, coat the asparagus with olive oil and a 1 tablespoon of Mile High Spice Company Moroccan Rub. Mix well.

Step 3. Place in an air fryer at 400 for 12 minutes or in the oven at 325 for 20 minutes.
